    The "unfiltered" Pope needs to retire immediately. And the "absolute monarchy" has to end. Nothing will change unless and until the faithful use their two powers - walking away until there is massive change, and keeping their money in their wallets. The hierarchy will never tolerate living a lesser lifestyle than they are used to.
