I wholeheartedly agree with Rev. Reese, and also suggest: instead of streaming / broadcasting an event conducted in a church and only observed by watchers, how about using ZOOM sessions (presided over by an authorized individual; a/k/a "priest") to gather together a community of housebound individuals who can hear one another praying and would have "their" bread and wine in front of them, which by the power of God and the prayer of the priest and all in the ZOOM session, becomes the Body and Blood of Christ and their communion - with the Lord and with one another? Sounds like "Mass" to me.
