Dr. Joe Holland is Emeritus Professor of Philosophy & Religion and Director of Philosophy & Liberal Studies Programs at St. Thomas University in Miami Gardens, Florida, as well as Adjunct Professor at St. Thomas University School of Law and at St. Thomas University School of Theology & Ministry. During summer months, he often serves as Permanent Visiting Professor at the Universidad Mayor de Altiplano in Puno, Peru, and at the University Mayor de San Andres in La Paz, Bolivia.  In addition, Joe is President of Pax Romana / Catholic Movement for Intellectual & Cultural Affairs USA, as well as Director of its Pacem in Terris Global Leadership Ecumenical Initiative.  He shares his life with his spouse Paquita Biascoechea-Martinez Holland and their children.
