Deportation flights helping spread pandemic, says Witness at the Border

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement continues to transport detained immigrants on airplanes to Latin American countries and rural U.S. towns ill-equipped to handle COVID-19, according to an advocacy group's data.
