Miguel D'Escoto Brockmann, Maryknoll priest and former foreign minister of Nicaragua, has died

by Dennis Coday D’Escoto, removed from the priesthood for political activity in 1984, died June 8 in Nicaragua at age 84. He had been reinstated to active ministry in 2014.
